COVID-19 Office Policy (Updated 1/2021)
Scheduling Appointments
BEC is open with normal business hours by appointment only.
If you have any COVID like symptoms or any general feelings of unwellness (headache, sore throat, cough, fever, etc) we ask that you wait to schedule an appointment until you are feeling better.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, per the CDC you need to isolate yourself for 10 days and to protect us and other patients, you are not allowed in the office for 14 days from the time you first showed symptoms.
If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or think you may have, you are not allowed to make an appointment with our office until 14 days have passed since your last exposure.
This 14 day requirement is consistent with the CDC guidelines which at this time are the gold standard to which we will uphold our office policy by. We will continue to monitor and update this page with any changes. Thank you for your understanding.
When You Arrive
When you arrive for your appointment, you will remain in your car and call the office to let them know you are here. We will ask a few COVID screening questions and then call you back again to enter the office when we are ready for you.
If you are a new patient, please download and fill out the new patient paperwork ahead of time through our website or arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork in your car.
ALL PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A WELL-FITTING MASK THAT COVERS THE MOUTH AND NOSE AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE OFFICE.
Glasses pickup and repairs are by appointment only. Again, you will call when you arrive at the office and David or Blake will call and let you in when they are ready for you.
