COVID-19 Office Policy (Updated 8/1/2021)
With the current CDC guidelines, we request all patients, regardless of vaccination status, to continue wearing masks inside our offices at all times.
If you are a NEW patient with us OR it has been over 3 years since you've seen us, please fill out the new patient paperwork ahead of time through our website or arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork.
If you have any COVID like symptoms or any general feelings of unwellness (headache, sore throat, cough, fever, etc) we ask that you wait to schedule an appointment until you are feeling better.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19, per the CDC you need to isolate yourself for 10 days and to protect us and other patients, you are not allowed in the office for 14 days from the time you first showed symptoms.
If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or think you may have, you are not allowed to make an appointment with our office until 14 days have passed since your last exposure.
This 14 day requirement is consistent with the CDC guidelines which at this time are the gold standard to which we will uphold our office policy by. We will continue to monitor and update this page with any changes. Thank you for your understanding.
