COVID-19 Office Policy (Updated 9/1/2022)
With the current CDC guidelines, masks our optional in our office. If you prefer any staff member to wear a mask while working with you, please don't hesitate to ask. If you are exhibiting any signs of illness (cough, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, headache, general feeling of unwellness, etc) please stay home and reschedule your appointment.
Scheduling Appointments
If you are a NEW patient with us OR it has been over 3 years since you've seen us, please fill out the new patient paperwork ahead of time through our website or arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork.
If you have any COVID like symptoms or any general feelings of unwellness (headache, sore throat, cough, fever, etc) we ask that you wait to schedule an appointment until you are feeling better.
If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have had exposure to someone who has had covid, vaccinated or unvaccinated we will reschedule your appointment for 14 days from the time you first showed symptoms or your last exposure.
